- Casting beds
The casting beds are the facilities that located in the workhouses of the prestressed concrete manufacturers and are the space in which machines such as the extruder or the casting machine are moving to make the prestressed parts.
- The casting beds must adapt to the space and the morphology available in the industrial buildings where companies plan to carry out the manufacture of their prestressed concrete.
- The options we offer allow our customers to have practically customized casting beds because they are also adapted to the specific morphology of their factory, the desired productivity and even the climate of the place where the production plant is located.
At Resimart we have extensive experience in the design and assembly of differentiated casting beds adapted to the production needs of each client and, also, to their available space.
Types of casting beds
We offer from polished concrete casting beds, with sheet metal, with bevels, with heating (hot water, steam or hot oil), fixed or in detachable modules, etc.
The heated casting beds are indicated for those factories located in cold climates because with them the setting process can be accelerated.
Factors to consider before assembling a plant
Basically, there are four determining factors:
- The available space
- The types of product to be manufactured
- Productivity
- The investment capacity
These factors will determine the assembly of a prestressing manufacturing plant and, by extension, will also determine the casting bed type to be installed in it.
This machine, like many others in our catalog, has other additional options to adapt to the needs of customers such as the inclusion of a system to spray the beds of release oil. It can also be equipped with a radio control equipment for remote operation.
